I have a database that uses layouts that display data from related fields. It works just fine in FileMaker, but on the web the information in those fields disappear. Is there any way to get them to be displayed online, or should I use fields that reference the related information?

Thanks,

OK, this is really weird. On the web, I can actually see the related fields on the layouts if I use an administrative account but not a user account (with limited access privileges), but in FileMaker I can see the data in both types of accounts. What on earth could make the difference?

I got it to work by granting extra view privileges that were not needed in FileMaker but that I found necessary on the web. The moral of the story (this topic and the one I posted along with it) is that users need extra privileges on the web. Remember: test, test, test. The web does not work the way FileMaker does, and FileMaker's documentation does not catalogue all the differences.
