Table View Layout in IWP won't let me select records

using: FM Pro 11, Mac OS X 10.5.8, Safari 4.0.4

I just have two files that I'm sharing via IWP. In both cases the Table View record pointer/selection field looks like it was almost completely moved off the left-hand side. You can't select any records except the top one (default). The Internet Explorer and FireFox users show the same thing.

I read and reread the IWP guidelines, but still don't know what I'm doing wrong. I'm new to FM.
