I've recently updated to FileMaker 11 and often find when I try to paste an image that some sort of macro recording window comes up instead. It displays a number of buttons including play pause and fast forward. What is this and where is it coming from?

Thanks for that, didn't quite know where it came from, but I still can't work out why command-v sometimes brings up this window as it doesn't seem to have a keyboard shotcut

Are you sure you aren't inadvertently double-clicking the field when selecting it? Perhaps you should try a different mouse.

BTW, you could place a small "Paste" button next to the field and take yourself out of the loop.
