OSX Lion Date Field 'corrupted'

I am running FM 11 v3 in OSX.

My application was running great until I installed Lion. Now my date fields are in Japanese. There does not seem to be any way to get them back to 'normal'. Or, am I missing something?

It looks like this has been corrected in the new update: 11 v4.

Download it.
