here is where i am at so far, only issue is

how to display appropriately on my ORDER form

Shall i hide the other fields for

suites, pull aparts, other ,etc or

do i just create a list and put that in a large field ?

or should i use repeating fields and just add the different options and loop through

the choices for user.
