Cloaking IWP URL or frame etc

Has anyone done any testing to see if IWP can be cloaked to hide the server url and have it appear as if its native to the company website etc.

 

I am wondering if it will pop back out to the top ( it looks like it will with the little testing I've done) but is there a way to keep it masked?
