Hello,

 

Any tips about getting about this global setting of page orientation?

Looking at a few plugins but it looks like I am paying for a whole bunch of extra features I don't want.

The easiest way to change the orientation of  individual pages  is to script the printing of the page.  Then you can use the Print Setup command to orient the page.

If you are talking about "specify print options" I haven't seen anything about orientation under there...

No, not the Print script step, the Print Setup step (just above the Print step in the list), and then "Specify page options".
