How to include file attachments?

Is there some way I can upload attachments with the record? I have a bug tracking database and sometimes it's necessary to include pictures or log files. Since this is IWP, I need some way users can do this from their web browsers. Thanks!

Why not use a container field with PDF's?

I not sure what that means really. I can't use a PDF really because if the testers and developer have to fiddle around with converting things to PDF they won't accept it.
