Hello I have a quick and silly question for anyone who might know the answer.

I have read what Port Number to use for FileMaker Web Publishing somewhere and I can not find it again.

Was wondering if anyone knew the official port number to use?

I am on MAX OS10 Tiger

Using FMP_7

You can use port 80 or Port 591.

In addition to Andy's suggestion, I also use :8080 since even though :591 was registered by FileMaker, Inc. for web traffic, that port is not widely recognized outside the FM community and sometimes blocked by ISP firewalls and stuff.
