'Record not found' on opening error

Hi, when I open a file through the web browser, using IWP, I'm immediately presented with a 'record not found' dialogue box, and in the status area the record number is given as zero. Any ideas?

I'm having the exact same problem in IWP on FMSA 7.

IWP seems stuck on record 0 of the found set (which contains several records), stopping any scripted buttons working, and bringing up the annoying "record not found" box every time. A workaround is to reveal the status area and go onto record 1 that way. However, scripted buttons to do this don't work, so I assume the status area buttons in IWP work at a lower level than FM scripts.

I'd be happy to put a "Recover" button on my IWP screens with a "Go to first record" script step, but even by clicking this, IWP just returns the "record not found" dialog, I assume for the reason above.

Any suggestions?
