My IT department administers our Filemaker Server (Server 7 Advanced). I was told that IWP is enabled and should be available at a certain IP and port:

xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:16080

but when I pull up that IP in a browser I see a Mac OS X Server web site (apache) default page. Based on this info, could someone make a guess at what the problem is? (is the web server also running on that port?).. or.. do I need something after the 16080 ?

Get the IT Department to prove to you that the info they supplied is correct - maybe they could demonstrate on your machine?

try adding /fmi/iwp after the URL, e.g.

http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:16080/fmi/iwp

or

https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:16080/fmi/iwp
