Hiding "Status Bar" in IWP

Featured Replies

Hello,

I use IWP with a pocket pc, so my screen is very little... I made little layout and screen BUT I have a problem...

Every time I lauch IWP, I see the status bar (left on the screen were we see the layout name, number of records etc...)

my question :) Is it possible by script to hide automaticly the status bar???

thanks

Bruno

Sure, just use the Show/Hide Status Area script step and set it to "Hide".

To make it inaccessible completely...lock it as well.

Euh... I tried before to came here but it's not working...

I can't hide or minimize this "*&/*(*(*/ bar without a click on the small black arrow... And I don't want mu user to always have to do this...

Any solution will be very welcome!

Bruno

You have to use a script that opens your layout, and in this script, use the Show/Hide command that tgilders mentions.

Keep in mind that you will need on-layout navigation options (next/previous/first/last).
