Newbies Laurajsc Posted November 13, 2007 Newbies Posted November 13, 2007 I have created a database with several buttons. All except one button works when users access web version. I have checked the Web Compatable box on the button set-up menu. Any other ideas of what I might try? Thanks, Laura
Søren Dyhr Posted November 13, 2007 Posted November 13, 2007 Using "Commit Record" is radically more required in IWP'ed scripts, get a bag full of them and sprinkle them into your scripts. Where exactly to put them takes a little experimentation, if you can't get the gist of Ilyse Kazars chapter of the migrationfoundations. --sd
Newbies Laurajsc Posted November 14, 2007 Author Newbies Posted November 14, 2007 (edited) I really wish I understood this response. My button is linked to a script that performs a simple find and then takes you to a new layout. It doesn't seem like it would be that complicated. Edited November 14, 2007 by Guest
Newbies dimage Posted November 20, 2007 Newbies Posted November 20, 2007 Hi Laura, I found that the buttons worked when I moved them out of any Header or Footer part into the Body. Hope this helps Mike
HotSupport Posted November 27, 2007 Posted November 27, 2007 In my experience (FMSA9), you must ensure there are no 'transparent' layout object on top of your buttons. You can easily check if this is the cause by going into layout mode, selecting the problematic buttons, and bringing them to front... /hotsupport
