I guess this has been asked before, but I can't find it. How does one establish the tab order when records are viewed in IWP? The web view does not adhere to the tab order in client FMP.

I think in earlier versions of IWP, the tab order will follow the stacking order of objects on the layout. I don't remember when it changed, but as of v9, it follows the tab order set in FMP.
