IWP Script Not Executing in IE

I have a solution that is hosted with IWP. A particular script executes successfully when run from within FileMaker and when run from within Safari, but not in IE. Other scripts seem to run without trouble. The script is linked to a checkbox field, and performs an operation (marking the record for the logged in user) by setting a value in another table. I've double-checked and there are no IWP incompatible steps in the script. When most scripts run, the page seems to reload, but not in this case, moving off the record and returning to it confirms that the records is not marked.

Any suggestions? If there's further information that I can provide to help with this, please let me know.

Security settings in IE???

Also is your Java up to date on the Windows machine.
