December 23, 200817 yr Every once in awhile I have a user that receives an error via iwp that says record not found. From that point the user can't do anything until their session expires. Why does this happen and is there a way I can prevent it? Thank you! Lisa
December 29, 200817 yr Author I think one time it happened when the user clicked the back button on the browser window.
January 1, 200917 yr The user(s) deed some training - using the browsers back button - or for that matter most of the browser nav functions - is going to trick IWP. Have a good read through the IWP guide (in the Electronic Docs folder) as it exposes many caveats about IWP.
