UpNorth Posted December 23, 2008 Posted December 23, 2008 Every once in awhile I have a user that receives an error via iwp that says record not found. From that point the user can't do anything until their session expires. Why does this happen and is there a way I can prevent it? Thank you! Lisa

IdealData Posted January 1, 2009 Posted January 1, 2009 The user(s) deed some training - using the browsers back button - or for that matter most of the browser nav functions - is going to trick IWP. Have a good read through the IWP guide (in the Electronic Docs folder) as it exposes many caveats about IWP.
