Want user to see only a single new record

I want a web user to access a database and only see a newly created record (a questionnaire). I dont seem to be able to get this to work with startup scripts. Is it possible???

I've tested the DB in Firefox and get some success but doesnt in SAFARI!!

help!!! I dont want safari users to see the rest of the database

While I still have issues with scripts running hit and miss safari needed a cache clearing.
