Does one user logged in to more than one database count as one or more towards the maximum of 100 IWP clients FileMaker Server Advanced can host?

We have several databases set up in a two-file configuration, one interface file and one data file that the interface file treats as a data source. When a user logs into the interface file and the data file also opens, does this count as one client session or two towards the 100 maximum?
