IWP and Internet Explorer

Featured Replies

Hello !

Is it a bug or feature that when I access my solution over the IWP using IE7, some of the drop down list -fields does not activate until I click the border of the field. Some of the fields works perfectly. I have configured the fields "Select entire content in entry".

Is there good manuals how to use IWP anywhere available ?

If you take a look in the newest IWP guide should windows users access a solution only by Firefox 3 or IE7 ... so in that respect should you be smooth sailing! But there still exists CSS exceptions in IE7:

...as to your final question would a probably more focused debate roam here:

Yes, it seems that if the drop down list -field is empty (as usually is), it doesn't work with IE7 if you click the empty area. But if there is already text, it works fine when clicking the text. With Firefox it works as it should even if empty.

Perhaps you should consider a portal for the selection instead, if the most likely browser is IE7 ... any relational straining will exhaust buttons in the portal line in case of no avail.
