Suppressing files on IWP Default Home Page

Just getting started with Web Publishing. Working with a multi-file legacy solution and I would like only the main file to display on the IWP default homepage. Is it possible to suppress files from being listed here (like you can in the Open Remote dialog) and if not, is there another approach using IWP?

FileMaker Pro > Sharing > Instant Web Publishing

The sharing options are almost identical to standard sharing.
