I am trying to make a web-based (using iwp) database for our small call center that will allow the user to (using their browser) attach (upload) a .wav or .mp3 file (of a call recording) to a client's file. Then other web users should be able to listen to those sound files.

Is this possible? Does iwp not allow for uploading sound files? If not, does it even allow for listening to sound files in your browser attached through FMP Desktop?

Any other ideas/solutions?

This is a limitation of IWP as FileMaker have delivered it. Did you read the IWP guide yet?

360 works do a plugin to overcome this.
