I'm a novice to all this so if you can help, I would be grateful.

I have a sales database. I need to allow only certain IWP users to access certain postcodes.

e.g. bill would be HP postcodes, jenny would be DF postcodes etc.

I have a portal linked to the main page which has a dropdown. The dropdown allows me to change the postcode area and the portal records update to show only those selected postcode, but I don't want my users to have to do this as they can see other users records.

What I want to do is program in the postcode for a selected user and when they login to the IWP page, the records from their correct postcode area is already there.
