We have a database for coach obervations of teachers. The coaches are to enter their observation via a portal that includes a date and text field. This works fine on the client. IWP will only allow the coach to enter one observation. After the submit button is hit. The coach can not enter any more data - ever. They select edit and can type, and submit but the data is lost.

Their permissions are set to data entry in all tables and are only restricted by layout.

Any help would be appreciated. I have read this forum and have tried bringing the input fields to the front and actually deleting and recreating the fields with no luck.

Thanks-

I cannot understand the problem. Did they click "submit" button after editing? From your post I understand- Yes. Or not? What you mean "submit"?

Yes, when the submit button is clicked all edited fields clear and the information is not saved.
