User ID Pass to IWP

I have a IWP solution the client will have a link to their agents site. They would like to pass a text field, so when the agent arrives at the IWP site, shows their ID in a text field.

The client is willing to bypass a login page unless the pass of could fill it.

Can this be accomplished?
