Kicking someone off a record on IWP

I use IWP to allow my secretary to access demographic information of clients. Sometimes she forgets to exit the record.

Any idea how I could kick her off the record so that I can change the record myself?

Assign her a privilege set that is read only?

She needs to change records.

Occasionally she forgets to press commit the records.

Is there a way to commit her record and release the record for me to use?
