Database not appearing on IWP database homepage

I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I am trying to publish a database using IWP on FM Server 11 Adv on Snow Leopard 10.6.4. I believe I have all the privilege sets set correctly, and the admin console shows that it's publishing it, but it does not show up on the database homepage. Other databases I have set up do, just not this one.

As a troubleshooting step, I tried creating a clone (no records) of the database and that publishes without a problem. The clone carries over all of the users and privilege sets, so that doesn't seem like it's the issue at hand.

I also made sure I was using the upload database process on the server and not just putting the file in the folder.

Any thoughts?

Did you select "Access via Instant Web Publishing (fmiwp)" for any of account privilege?

Also be sure you don't have "don't display in instant web publishing homepage" enabled in your database's File -> Sharing -> Instant Web Publishing settings.

Thanks for help, but neither of those seem to fix the issue. I've also tested, trying to use IWP on my MacBook Pro with FileMaker 11 adv and still no luck.
