Clent needs to split a record so they can easily import it into their payroll system.

What I have in a record: (employee ID, time worked, bonus, Job)

what they need in two seperate records, lines, or two rows in excel is:

(employee ID, time worked, job)

and

(employee ID, bonus, job)

What's a good practice to get this done? either to excel or CSV, or to a different table that can be exported.

you can try this - i am not sure what your payroll requires - you may need to massage the logic in this or clean it up in excel before you import it into your payroll system.
