January 22, 201213 yr Clent needs to split a record so they can easily import it into their payroll system. What I have in a record: (employee ID, time worked, bonus, Job) what they need in two seperate records, lines, or two rows in excel is: (employee ID, time worked, job) and (employee ID, bonus, job) What's a good practice to get this done? either to excel or CSV, or to a different table that can be exported.
January 22, 201213 yr you can try this - i am not sure what your payroll requires - you may need to massage the logic in this or clean it up in excel before you import it into your payroll system. exportDATA.fp7.zip
January 22, 201213 yr This seems to be the same issue as the one here: http://fmforums.com/forum/topic/81551-split-1-record-to-multiple-records-in-another-table/page__view__findpost__p__378897 And the same question applies.
