I have a few employees working on Data Entry via IWP- when logging in, a sort is performed so that all of them on entirely different records, and I don't have their records open on my console. However, a few of them have told me that they quite regularly receive the message;

"Another user is currently working on this record..." and end up losing data. Is there any way that one can get this message for any other reason,as I am pretty much 100% sure, no one is on the same record as each other at any given time?

If a script opens a record, then opens a new window and tries to modify that same record, you will also get this error.
