Users can't enter data in some fields

For some reasaon. IWP users are unable to add data into a few fields on one of our layouts, even as an administrator. If I create a new layout with the same field we are able to add data. I know IWP can be a little finiky when it comes to layout design. Anybody know what I should look for?

This usually happens when there are two or more of the same field in a layout. If you do, create new fields to replace the ones that duplicate.
