IWP checked on Admin Console BUT Not in Application

Ok I'm sure this is a head banging issue. I launched the Filemaker Server Admin Console and the database I uploaded has IWP checked off BUT in the application itself under Sharing-->Instant Web Publishing the radio button is set to OFF.

What am I missing here? I don't want IWP access to this database yet it shows under the Admin Console as having IWP access.

Thoughts?

See attached screen shots -- the file in question is the Pipeline database.

SOLVED : I disabled the IWP in the Privlege set and all is fine now.
