IWP file appears on Homepage but login will not display

I have a database hosted on a PC on a network.

Access via iwp is fine from a local machine (on the same network via a browser) - I can reach the 'Database homepage' where the database is listed, and then I can login successfully, but ...

... from a remote browser (outside the network) I can only reach the iwp homepage. The file still appears on the database list ok, but clicking to go to the login fails and just leaves me on the iwp homepage.

Any thoughts much appreciated?

Did you figure anything out? I have the exact same problem.

I have opened ports 80 5003 16000 16001.

I figured out my problem. Port 443 (HTTPS) also must be open.
