Trouble setting up IWP

I am trying to set up my database to be shared over IWP.

My ISP has given me a static IP address. And I added the port I specified in FM to the ports on my router.

However, I can only access the database through my network, and it doesn't even go via the port specified in FM. I specified port 591, but I just type in the address (without port #) as shown in FM and it connects to the home page. When I add the port #, it cannot find the site.

Additionally, the address it gives me is a local one - 192.168.1.5, but my IP address is completely different to this.

Please help!?

OK I restarted my PC, and now it is using the correct port number.

The IP address it is using is the one from my pc, not from the network. Is my Port Forwarding set up wrong?
