IWP Worked for 3+ weeks Then just stopped

I updated Java a few weeks ago and IWP stopped working.
 
I tried lots of things,  Nothing worked.  Then it started working agian for about a week then it just stopped agian recently.


I have Win 7 x64 Filemaker pro 12.0v3 and have a IWP database for our employees to clock in and out throughout our plant.  After I updated Java the databases will no longer publish and IWP won’t start.

 

I tried deleting web.pref file and that didn’t help.  I also uninstalled and reinstalled my product and still no help.  I tried rolling back to an older java and still no help.

 

Anyone have any input so I don't have to pay FMP to tell me what’s up?

 

I just went and checked my firewall (windows) and it says it is allowed.

Have you tried a re-install? OS and FileMaker?
