Thanks for the head’s up. I wish they would put a Magnify Glass in other areas.

I don't recall whether it is listed anywhere, but if you are using the cursor (arrow) keys to manipulate TO blocks then:

 

arrow move to select the next/previous TO

option-arrow moves the selected TO

option-shift-arrow resizes the selected TO.
