Two email questions:

First, as Send Mail is not an option for IWP in 7 (why? -- ok that will be 3 questions), is there any way around this that's cross-platform?

Second, if I capture in fields the data that would have been sent via an email, is there any way to trigger the host to send an email to the web user?

Basically, this has to do with lost log-in information. I want to automatically send the user his/her password if they've forgotten it.

Use the open url script step and the html mailto command -- formatted something like...

mailto:[email protected]?subject=subject_line

Didn't realize that those two (Send Mail and Open URL) were essentially the same thing. Thanks.

Unfortunately, the Open URL non-functionality in IWP persists either way. So it works if you're using FM7 directly but doesn't under IWP in any browser I'm using (Safari, IE5, Opera).

[iWP doesn't seem to work in any functional sense under Netscape or Firefox/Mozilla.]
