missing something - can't get IWP to work

Hi - boring topic i know but just cant get IWP to work on Mac FMserver advanced.

1. IWP is turned on via the admin console

2. the file has IWP ticked in Database pane of console

3. router is open to 591 and directed to the IP of the FM server

When accessing via http://mydomain:591 I get an error saying the URL cant be found. What am i missing? Thanks using v9.0.3.325
