im using http://domain:591/fmi/iwp/ which works find for all the places I have tested. But for some uses the link doesnt work. Maybe its a firewall issue. Is there somewhere I can change the port or some other solution. thanks

Asking the bleedingly obvious perhaps, but is the errant server really using port 591 for http?

Actually is a number of servers. 80 companies that have successfully entered the web database - about 10 haven't.

Did you check the browser and version on the 10 failures? Remember that java must also be enabled and pop ups must NOT be blocked.
