Outside network access no longer works

I have a database that I have hosted using IWP for a non profit and now they are unable to access it. I have Comcast cable as an ISP, an Airport Extreme router and use the default DHCP (non static) address as I don't want to pay extra for a static address. This has always worked in the past with periodically having to update the address to the users when the IP address changes. But now no one is able to access the database using what I believe is the correct address. Http://Outside IP:591 port mapping. Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks

Did someone mess with the router?

Got it to work. The internal IP address settings for port forwarding in the router and the IWP database didn't match. Don't know how they changed but at least it's working again.
