I only want IWP to work for one of my databases not all of them. I looked for settings in the server admin console but could not find a way to change it.

Is there a way for me to make IWP work with only the database that I want and exclude the rest?

The settings aren't made on the server side of things. You need to disable the IWP privilege for any users in your individual databases' File -> Manage -> Accounts & Privileges settings.

Or perhaps under Sharing in the File menu / Instant Web Publishing... / choose "no users" under "Instant Web Publishing access to this file".
