IE has stopped working?

I'm using IWP and have various layouts, the main one being a layout with a portal showing 600+ records.

Just recently, our remote user keeps getting...

'Internet explorer has stopped working

check online for solution and close the program

close the program'

It only happens when the user is moving back to the portal layout page. It has been working fine and I can't think of any change I've make to start this problem.

Any ideas?

Is that really the actual wording.

Did you test this yourself yet? Use another browser maybe?
