Filemaker 13.0.3 quits unexpectedly after copy/paste objetcts in layout mode

I'm using FMPA 13.0.3. on Mac OSX 10.9.4.

Are the objects all FM native objects or does the selection also contain non-FM graphics?

Native (just simple text box)

Ok, that narrows it down; can you use something like FM butler's Clip Manager to be an intermediary for this?  What I'm after is some corruption in the XML representation of what is copied to the clipboard.

One more test you can do is run an XML DDR of your solution and then open the XML file in a good text editor that "speaks" XML to see if everything is well-formed.

Not sure whether you mean that you are copying a text field object from one layout to another or whether you are copying text from another app onto a filemaker layout using the Text tool.  In any case the behavior is clearly abnormal, so I think its more of a question of what's the problem with your system.  After doing the usual stuff like rebooting your machine, I'd try to sort out whether this is reproducible on new filemaker database files, or on other machines with the same file.
