How can 2 users edit the same file at the same time?

I have a situation where people in the field will be editing a record using IWP while people in the office will need to do real time editing of the same record using Filemaker Pro. 

 

So far I havent found a way to do it 

They will have to wait for each other. And while waiting...  commit the record.

Different records: there should be no problem
