I hope more themes are implemented in FM XIII.

No, IWP just sucks. Better to wait and hope something better comes along with FM Next or learn PHP.

Sorry to  hear this, it sucks. I am in the process of learning some php, but I sure hope they take iwp to the next level with fmp13. Otherwise I 'll have a look around in the forums to see if there are any workarounds available.

To be fair, trying to convert a FM layout on the fly to something resembling valid HTML and providing the same functionality is a difficult task - the direct GUI interactivity vs the stateless way of doing things on the web are fairly different philosophies...

 

That said, up to this point, I have found IWP to be unsuited to any task that involves any degree of complexity. Simple card style systems it is OK with, but after that the compromises that are inevitable from the above make it ... less than optimal.
