Anyone else having this problem?

When I format the fill and/or borders on fields, they:

1. Only show up in browse mode for the active record (none of the others)
2. Formatting disappears completely on Preview Mode

I have Alternate Row and Active Row states set to off.

I'm hoping it's something simple that I just can't seem to find. I've uploaded the Browse, Layout, and Preview mode screenshots of a layout where this is a problem,

Am I the only one with this issue? Perhaps I have a gremlin in my OS that's messing with Filemaker. Hard to tell since FM13 mixed with Yosemite seem to be throwing minor bugs all over the place.

I have a feeling I am overlooking a small but crucial layout setting — but can't for the life of me find it.

See if unchecking the “Delineate fields on current record only” setting in the Layout Setup dialog helps.
