I have a client who's FMS is behind a firewall that prevents access to the outside world. I am attempting to install SuperContainerCompanionPlugin. This is the third FM server for this client. The other two have the plugin installed successfully after I manually added the jre folder to the relevant locations. Our system is using 7 types of 360Works Plugins. Up until this morning, we've had a steady stream of users reporting plugin errors. After testing I noticed that this user's machine when opening FileMaker Pro Advanced 17 -> Preference -> There are 2 types of Plugins not showing: - ScriptMaster v5.3 - SuperContainer Companion v2.9516 After checking I still see them in the Extensions folder. I host my FM database on FMPHost. I run a lot of time-intensive, scheduled scripts (e.g., payments, emails, etc) throughout the day that slows down my website for users (via PHP web publishing). Ideally, I'd run my scheduled scripts from database A and my website from database B to avoid slowdowns -- not sure if I'd need two servers. Would MirrorSync be a solution to this problem and if so, what configuration would I need?

On some of my Mac M1 machines, I ran into a ‘Bad CPU Type in executable’ error with all 360works plugins. After back and forth, 360works advised how to fix it, and it worked for me: Bad CPU Type error typically indicates that Rosetta is not installed. While our plugin code is compatible with M1 processors some of the libraries that the plugins depend on are not so they do require the Rosetta Translation environment. We do have plans to update to later versions of these libraries but I do not have a less ambiguous ETA than "soon". Running FMS 18.0.4.426 on a MacPro with macOS 10.14.6. Updated all the plugins to the latest versions and installed via Install Plug-In on server. I've installed several 360Works plugins, but I'm concerned right now with the email plugin. The plugin installs and shows up in the admin console, but when I click the switch to activate it the switch goes right then immediately de-selects. BaseElements and MBS activate just fine. The old Mailit plugin won't even let me move the switch. All plugins are owned by fmserver with rwxr-xr-x permissions. Hi everybody. I have an excel file, consisting of many sheets. I use ScribeDocload plugin (Version 4.0726) to read data from several Sheets in this file. Example: ScribeDocReadValue("Soil Bore Log (SE AUST)!B55") I discovered that: Sheets named according to the AAA syntax (SE AUST) when using the ScribeDocload function cannot read the data. I tried changing the sheet name by removing the special characters '(', ')' and it reads normally. I wonder: is it because the Scribe 360Works plugin can't read excel files that contain special characters in sheet names? And do we have a solution? Could you please help me. Thank you so much.

When executing a CCLastRawReponse, there is a long pipe-delimited string of data that's returned. Does anyone have a map of what each piece of data in that response is?

On any landing pages ( Zulu, MirrorSync ) please consider to remove the version numbers until after log in, seeing this on a landing page can be a security vector. Should unpatched versions have a vulnerability - Claris and many others industry standard web based software has removed this several years ago.

I was troubleshooting an CC processing issue for one of my clients and noticed that somehow the Plastic Plug-In had become disabled. I'm using version 3.2201 on Windows 7 under FileMaker 18. Here is the command I'm running: CCProcessPayment ( $API_Login_ID & "," & $TransactionKey; $charge_amount; $real_cc_number; $exp_date; "chargeDescription=" & $charge_description; "verificationCode=" & $cvc ) This account is a Sandbox account, in case that matters. The date I'm using is 0623. It's failing with the error message "Incorrect date format, expiration dates should be formatted as MMYY or MM/YY". Is this a bug in this version?

Since 360Works is about 100% Java, I would think that some or all of the products are affected by the Log4j monster-critical vulnerability that came out today, being tracked as CVE-2021-44228, and detailed here by WIRED. We use 360Works ScriptMaster and SuperContainer Companion plugins with FileMaker Pro 18 Advanced running on Mac OS X 10.15. On first run they download and install jre 9.0.1 into the User's Library/Application Support directory. Everything is working well, but our IT Security requires us to run Rapid7 on all of our Macs and it's got a problem with the JRE. On the SN backup schedule do we include 1 copy of the backup or 0 copies of the backup, Using 1 does the backup upload everything again (including RC) since the directory has a timestamp. Using 0 would not alter the backup directory and would the backup only include the files that were modified. what is the ideal strategy?

Is there a way to retrieve an AVS code using a transaction ID? We run transactions as authorization only and it would be helpful to have the AVS code as a last check before charging and shipping. I see CCLastAVS but am wanting a function that takes a transaction ID as an input.

We have a client that is sending email to us from their ServiceDesk help desk system. The issue is that the email is laced with HTML tags, so much so that the 360Works Email plugin script step to read the email doesn't find any body to insert in a FileMaker field. The script step is of the form: Set Field[ImportedMessage::body ; EmailReadMessageValue( "body" )] The field ImportedMessage::body is empty, even though we know there is content because a cc copy of the same email can be read, for example, by Apple Mail. Any ideas how to parse the content out of an email that a bunch of HTML junk embedded throughout the body of the email?

Just installed the latest release from Claris for FileMaker Server 19.1.2.234 and was not surprised to see that my 360Works Plugins were non-functional (Email, Scribe, Scriptmaster, and SuperContainers). I was surprised to not see a release for these products to bring them in line with this release on the 360Works website. Any ETA for Server 19.1.2.234 compatability?

I'm preparing my database to be synced server-to-server and, as per instructions, I've created TimeStamp Fields for both creation and update of a record. I want to be sure I'm using the correct procedure with Plastic when the captured amount is different than the authorized amount. Background: We're a wholesale plant nursery using FileMaker Web Direct for the customer portal on our website. In there, customers can place orders. I was asked to add the ability for customers to be able to pay for their orders with a credit card in the portal. The catch is, the final amount on their order will not necessarily match the amount when the order is placed. In fact, it almost never will. Plugins will not operate from the Application Support folder when on this os version. (Nor will FileMaker properly launch typically crashes or hangs requiring force quit) I have moved most plugins to the /Applications/FileMaker Pro 18 Advanced/Extensions path and for the most part they seem to load from here. After looking at the documentation more closely I have questions not answered in the docs: Is the cost of SafetyNet solely the cost of the AWS S3 storage or is this a separate cost for a separate product? When opining the FMS localhost I try to enable the ScriptMaster Plugin. For some reason I click to enable the plugin, I sometime been able to click on save sometime.. However, each time I close the host reopen the FMS localhost, the plugin is ALWAYS disabled. Would someone have an idea? With regards! Daniel

Was looking at the Auth.net API and there seems to be a method to capture a payment and also create a payment & customer profile, in one request. Is this something that could be presented via the Plastic. So you don't have to do 3 separate calls to auth.net? Create Customer Profile Take customer profile create payment profile Take both profile id's and charge profile.

there seems to be some duplicate functions between these plugins Is there any advantage or speed improvements using one over the other?

We're developing a FileMaker POS system for a (brick-and-mortar) grocery store and want our payment processing to work seamlessly with it. Can 360Works Plastic do this? In case that's not a clear question, our current payment processing is done with Verifone VX520 and VX820 terminals and pin pads that have no connection to our POS system. The cashier has to hand-enter the payment transaction on the Verifone equipment. We want to avoid that step and have the payment amount go directly from the computer to the terminal/pin pad for processing. Is 360Works Plastic a means of doing this? Would it require a different terminal or pin pad?

Hi. I have a client using PayFlow as the gateway. They're getting intermittent errors with the message: Number coming through with it is a -1. They will get that error, and then try running it through again with no changes and it will work fine. I have searched the PayFlow documentation and googled around and found no mention of this error or any clues as to what it may mean. I have told them to contact PayFlow to see if they have any logs on their end, but in my experience, PayFlow is not known for their outstanding support. If anyone has any similar experience that can shed some light on this, please let me know. Thank you.

I have just updated to Plastic 3.2 and am getting a Plug-in Initialization error. Expected a -1 separator byte, but received 0. This probably indicates that the parent did consume the entire message. What do I need to do? Thanks, Tom

With Filemaker Server 17 is it possible to trigger a Scrip that would create a PDF from a report layout. Then copy that file to another mapped directory on that server? I saw an example with RemoteScripter that would allow you to trigger the script from a workstation. Was wondering if it could now be done with just filmmaker server 17? We have created some thing that works fine on the Workstation but you have to be in the office for it to work.

Basic connectivity and communication works fine. This machine is a robot, so I need to suppress errors from popping dialogue boxes – which stops the client from responding until the box is cleared. I have a field in filemaker with about 2 to 3 paragraphs. I grab this field and is substituted within a document template. The field in filemaker is Justified and the Replace Text in the document template. However, when the field is substituted. The paragraph is not properly justified. I've ran a blank documents and I still see this problem. I've also copied my filemkaer field and copied it to a blank document, its properly justified. Looking at the documentation when running the plugin call CCProfileProcessPayment it shows there is an optional parameter: "verificationCode=" & Transaction::Verification Code; However this doesn't make sense as I would have possibly made the Customer Profile and Card Profile way before a profile payment is processed and that value is gone from memory as its only used to create the profile, it doesn't exist at the time we process a profile? I would think that this would be an option too on the CCProfileCreatePayment but i don't see that as an option?

FM18 wants Signed Plugins - did I down load older set or are the 360 Products not digitally signed at this time?

sometimes the value returns as pipe separated other times it returns as XML. Are all the "CCLast..." functions designed to get the value from the xml or pipe column?

It seems like every call sets all these values? Is it necessary to set all these elements fore each call? Especially for deleting a profile none of the values from Authorization Code down matter.

We have been using plastic for several years using a vendor gateway that is an authorize.net "clone". We are transitioning to an actual Authorize.net account. I am receiving the following "raw" response when trying to process a cc transaction: "{"messages":{"resultCode":"Error","message":[{"code":"E00001","text":"Unexpected character encountered while parsing value: x. I am investigating MirrorSync for my company, for Filemaker-to-Filemaker backups and for Filemaker-to-SQL backups. The process for setting up a sync look very straightforward. My question is, when someone changes a Filemaker data table (for example: add/remove/rename a field), and fails to notify the admin, what sorts of errors occur when the sync happens? For a field that has been removed or renamed, I assume that MirrorSync will report it as an error, and send an email to the designated address? If so, how detailed would that message be? For added fields or tables, does MirrorSync have any sort of notification?

I'm successfully processing transactions with VirtualMerchant and all is well except I'm hearing complaints that the customer's name is not showing up on a receipt from the gateway. It's as if the first/last name fields are getting there properly. The required fields are, which is why I'm getting successful transactions. I'm using the function CCProcessPayment and the parameters ("firstName=" & Transaction::First Name; "lastName=" & Transaction::Last Name). There are definitely values in those to fields in Transaction. I don't really have a good way of troubleshooting why those field values aren't getting there. Using Plastic to perform simple charges in FileMaker. Amex cards always fail. We are an authorize.net customer and have checked our setting there to insure we are authorized to charge Amex. It all appears in order there. Anyone else have this issue, if so, how can it be resolved? Thanks. Scott

Hello! I'm having an error with the "Add Image to PDF" script function when testing on a server. Granted, we have a demo version (for now) and the computer used to test the script is not the one that registered with the demo. Is the below error a result of it being in demo mode, or is this a Windows issue? I do not get this error on Mac (but also the Mac computer was registered for the demo and originally tested with). Scribe is working out beautifully for what we need to do. Having one minor annoyance and hoping there is an option I am missing. When I use the ScribeDocReadValue function on an empty Excel cell, it returns "ERROR." I'm using this to pull data from a form we had been using in Excel into my FM solution which is replacing that form. There are many dozen cells and I'd rather not use IF to test for the error on every single one of them. Is there a way to have Scribe just return "" if the cell is empty? I am evaluating Scribe before purchasing. I need to be able to read data from specific cells in Excel documents, which Scribe would appear to be able to do. Per the docs, I am using ScribeDocLoad first, which is generating the attached Java error. I have also tried accessing the file using the demo included with the plug-in, and it generates the same error as my application. I've attached the excel file that I'm trying to access. I am using ProAdvanced 17.0.4 on a Windows 10 machine and FM Server 17.0.2

I will be embarking on a task to save a client from themselves. - Moving CCN out of plain text data and using Plastic to properly setup profiles. Are there any limits to doing this in a looping script or batch operation for the way to many accounts, then deleting the this data once we have stored the tokens?

I am new to Scribe and am wanting to programmatically create a doc with n number of tables. How can I add a table to an existing doc? I have tried the ScribeDocAppend function and successfully pulled in a blank table from another template doc. However, this seems to overwrite the existing data in the target doc. This function also adds "1" to the end of target doc. Any help is appreciated.

Hi, I currently have the problem that Filemaker and some 360Works plugins stay as a background process, after Filemaker was closed (ctrl+Q). The running Filemaker process, in turn, then prevent Filemaker from reopening. This only happens, when there is more than one of the 360Works plugins is loaded. The first one ("first" seems to be in alphabetical order) always closes properly but the rest stays. So for example: if I only use the Charts Plugin, then all processes close, as they should do. If I then add any other plugin like Scriptmaster, the Charts Plugin still closes on quit, but Scriptmaster and Filemaker keep running (Filemaker as a background process…

I am investigating moving my database to web direct. To do so I need to get scribe working on fmphost. I have added a script step to register the plugin - which works fine in self hosted or fmphosted but I still get an error telling me that I need to install the plugin when I try to run it in webdirect. I have be speaking with fmphost who reported "It turns out the Scribe plugin also needed to be enabled in the FileMaker Server Admin Console. I'm trying to generate a simple pie chart and had to discard FMPro's charting solution as you can't set your own colors (frustrating and well documented). I purchased and installed 360Works Charts to ease my pain, hoping to minimize my coding time (I'm a relatively green, mediocre scripter, with loads of room for improvement). Their sample database is really cool, and offers way more flexibility than I need.
